Refund Policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items must be returned to us after receiving return authorization. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Additionally, if your country of residence is not the Netherlands, please be aware that shipping your goods to us may take longer than expected.

Damages and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers or plants), personalized products (like special orders or custom items) and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Consumer protection and warranty

In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have a 14-day cooling-off period within the European Union during which you can cancel or return your order for any reason and without justification. In addition, your purchases are guaranteed for 1 year.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if your refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
